My Second Exit: A Celebration of Growth & Operational Excellence

I’m thrilled to share the news of my second successful exit! I’ve sold my shares in Habit, the healthy food company I co-founded in 2014. This is a milestone in my life for future ventures.

Habit’s mission was simple yet powerful: provide thousands of individuals with additive-free, natural, and healthy meals. We positively impacted not only weight management but also the overall health of our customers. Inspired by my own health issues like heavy allergşes, getting heavy flu at keast 2-3 times a year, IBS, Hashimato, etc., I immersed myself in the world of proper nutrition, mindfulness, and meditation – reading hundreds of books and clinical trials, attending international seminars, and keenly observing thousands of customers.

At the heart of Habit’s success was a relentless focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. In a challenging inflationary environment, I successfully managed complex logistics for meals with meticulously calculated portion sizes for each dish. To streamline operations, I deployed a comprehensive ERP/MRP system (akin to SAP) but on a shoestring budget. This system seamlessly handled purchasing, inventory control, accounting, website management, and more. It gives me immense satisfaction to leave this robust, well-oiled system in place for my former partners.

So, what lies ahead? I’m evaluating new ventures with the potential to make a global impact, driven by my continuous hunger for knowledge. Additionally, I plan to host transformative 3-4 day retreats in Çeşme more as a hobby, where I’ll share insights gleaned from this incredible journey.

As a new venture my primary focus will be on creating a digital platform to empower individuals with the essential tools for holistic health: proper nutrition, optimal exercise, and effective stress management including AI. My own experimentation with biohacking on myself has significantly deepened my understanding of these vital areas. However, years of observation show me that many still seek quick fixes and “magic pills,”unwilling to make the sustained lifestyle changes that lead to lasting wellbeing.

True growth necessitates stepping outside your comfort zone. This applies to health, business, and life in general. Mindful eating, consistent exercise, and stress management techniques are not overnight solutions, but building blocks for a healthier, more fulfilling life.Together with a relentless drive for self-improvement, they create a recipe for profound transformation.
